The Bicycle Thief   In the wake of World War Two -- while Italy was paralyzed by poverty -- director Vittorio De Sica created a masterpiece

A Chorus of Disapproval   Examining death, mourning, and the flaws of humanity: Oh, and it's also hilarious 

Still Crazy   Bittersweet and hysterical -- an unsentimental look at life after fame 

Jaws   I get sucked in every single time it's on TV 

Aliens   One and two: Classic, horror

Bladerunner    2019 -- It?s not that far away. A science fiction classic. Based on the book Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? from the great Philip K. Dick.

Amalie of Montmartre   Sweet, lovely, mystical, joyous

The Bourne Identity   If it's filmed in Paris, I'll watch it - a classic spy thriller
